UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC REACHES THE BEACHFRONT LOTS.

2003 has been a year of resilience and achievement. As of October, the electrical lines reached the beachfront lots. Mid-December and the lines at last receive final approval from CFE - a true triumph! Our urgency and excitement doesn't always translate as a priority with the "official approval people." So, while we had hoped to have it finished by November, we are happy that 2004 will find Playa de Oro's underground electric completed, fired up, and all the wonderful luxuries that come with flipping the switch!
We have had temporary and overhead electric throughout most of the development, but the underground electric completes one more step in the promise and vision of Playa de Oro being the most premier development in San Felipe.
