Playa de Oro is fast gaining the reputation of being the premier development in San Felipe. The developers have made every effort to meet or exceed the promises made to our owners. Playa de Oro is participating again in the Christmas day parade where thousands of children receive toys and candy and for their parents, warm blankets. We made a sizable donation to the new infirmary and were presented with a plaque in appreciation of our support. We were told the donation made it possible for St. James to continue moving forward. We contribute to the community through a portion of all of our sales. Again, we are in awe, because as we are blessed, we are able to bless others and His timing is always perfect timing. To be instrumental in making San Felipe a healthier and safer environment is truly awesome. You the owners help make that happen, as well.
