Rosental Extractions

Up until 1822, Simperopol was the parish seat for the Catholic churches in the Crimea.  However, in 1823, Rosental became the parish seat for the German villages in the Crimea.

Thus far, specific records for the village of Rosental have been located for the years 1847-1865.  These records have been extracted by Aubrey Marthaller from the microfilm #2004822.  These records are in the Russian Cyrllic alphabet and thus present a unique challenge to the extractor.  Please bear this in mind as you seach the index for these records.

Records for the time period of 1886-1891 and 1909-1920 for the parish of Simperopol have also been located and do contain some information for the village of Rosental.  Please refer to the Simperopol extractions page (the button to link to this page can be found above).
