Homestead Act |
The enactment of the homestead act was a very important part of our GR history. You can read the statutes and limitations of the act at this page. The amendments and repeal acts are not yet included here, but it is expected they will be added at a later date. Every GR whose family homesteaded will want to add a copy of this to their family history. |

Red River Valley Genealogical Society |
