About MommaMom
Born in the "Early 1920s", Mom had the opportunity to raise TWO families.  First, as the third of nine children, she had the opportunity to cook, clean and care for her younger siblings.

At 13 years, she began cooking for large Harvest Crews.

At 15, she entered the business world as a waitress and in the late 1950s owned her first restaurant (The Kofe Kup in Moscow, Idaho).

Back on December 24, 1945, she married a Sailor (our father) and began her own little family.  Sons Bill and Ron and daughter Carol Jean.

Over the next 35+ years, she owned other restaurants and took pride in her role as Chief Cook and Bottle Washer!  Daily specials, her hard work and generous smile made her a friend to many and there were few times when one could find an empty stool!

Finally, in 1989, mamma "retired", and is writing and compiling thousands of her favorite recipes, for the busy folks of today's fast moving world.

These ground beef recipes are just the first installment. Be watching for Tips and Tricks, Ethnic Favorites, After Dinner Delights, and much more.
