fee of $ 25 for the Domain name. A mirror site is
also a good idea. You can get twice the exposure.
In addition to your Domain, you'll need a place to "Host" your site. Hosting
runs from $ 10./month up. Depending on the amount of disk space and services you require.
Next you'll need a dial up account. Generally referred to as an ISP (Internet Service Provider.) The provider is not overly important.
If they can provide reliable high speed connections (56k or better) and have a good reputation, then cost should be your only concern.
