Cast of Characters
 
Blobby Slimeson (aka The Blob)
        The main hero of the story. The Blob is the sole protector of the kingdom of Blobaria, and he usually does a pretty good job of keeping evil at bay. But with Wart and his minions on the loose again, The Blob has had his hands full lately, mostly because Wart's army is so large!
        The Blob is normally a short, round creature. However, he has the ability to turn himself into other forms (that's what Blobs do, isn't it?). He's used this ability to turn himself into a more humanoid form, like Mario, so he could accomplish his goals more easily. But watch out...if he takes too much damage, his slime will lose its integrity, and he'll revert back to his normal (short) self. One more hit, and he's history!
        Seeing that he's probably not going to fare too well against such massive opposition, The Blob has decided to call in some old friends to help him put Wart back in his place.
 
Beanie
        The Blob's long-lost brother. Beanie was lost in the dream world of Sub-Con sometime during Mario's quest to defeat Wart, and since the exit warp from Sub-Con closed up after Wart was dethroned, he wasn't able to escape back to Blobaria. But now that Wart has returned, the warp has reopened, and Beanie was finally able to leave the world and find his brother.
        Beanie's had lots of jumping practice on the tall hills of Sub-Con (trying to reach that floating door that leads back to his world), so he can jump the highest of the four adventurers. He's also discovered that by spinning his legs in mid-jump, he can stay in the air longer than usual.
 
Microchip (M.C.)
        This fun-loving half-Blob, half-robot is always by The Blob's side, ready for a new adventure to come along. M.C.'s body may look kinda funky (a TV with arms and legs), but he does have some pretty good abilities, such as tremendous lifting power, and the ability to jump the same height, no matter what he's carrying. However, his legs still need some work, so he can't jump nearly as high as the rest of the group.
 
Prince Jare
        A member of the Pink Royal Family, he is definitely the "pansy" of the group. His jumping power leaves much to be desired, especially when he's carrying something, and his lifting power is way below average (royalty on Blobaria usually don't get much exercise). However, being a member of the Royal Family, he does have some magical abilities, such as the ability to float through the air for a few seconds.
        Prince Jare had some difficulty in getting his parents' permission to help his friends save the world (the Royal Family despises dangerous situations, especially when one of their own wishes to get involved), so he decided to create a magical clone of himself which would perform his royal duties while he was out adventuring. He then disguised himself as The Blob, so if his parents were to see him heading off into battle, they'd just assume it was the kingdom's hero leaving to save the day. Of course, he's still pink (Royal Blobs can't change their color), and if he loses too much power, he'll revert back to his short, princely form. Let's just hope his parents aren't watching when that happens...he'd have dishwashing duties for a year or more...
