Class Calendars

• PLEASE remember to bring a DRY pair of shoes to wear on the dance floor! Dirt and water
    wreak havoc with the wood floor and suede-soled dance shoes. Don't leave them in your trunk
    during winter though - that's a whole new level of cold when you go to put them on your feet.
• All classes require an 8 student minimum.
• New students are welcome the second week of beginning classes, but after that they
   must wait until the following month.
• The most popular option is One Session of Classes for $35/single or $65/couple. A
   "session" is generally 4 classes, once a week at the same time for one month.

Shoes need to have non-marking soles and stay on your feet - no flip-flops! • ROMANCE I is our main Wedding Preparation class and covers the box-step essentials of Foxtrot, Waltz, & Rumba. This is an excellent starter class for apprehensive beginners as well. • SWING I is East Coast Triple Rhythm Swing with Single Rhythm variations. This is what you want if you're looking to dance to blues, rock & roll, big band, neo-swing, or country music.

Cost: $100 per couple. Pre-register by emailing Amanda. • Also starting in September, end-of-the-month Group Practice. Stay tuned! • "Bolero" is a slow Latin dance similar to Nightclub Two Step. Very romantic & powerful.

Group dance classes are a fun, social, and affordable way to learn partner-style dancing. Our schedule includes classes in East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Salsa, Foxtrot, Tango, and Nightclub Two Step. We also have a "Ballroom" class that focuses on the progressive patterns of Foxtrot, Tango, & Waltz. Our "Romance" class is our most popular wedding preparation class, and it involves the box-step basics of Foxtrot, Waltz, & Rumba. Our "Latin" class teaches Cha Cha, Merengue, and Samba as well as Salsa. Private-group classes can be organized for any group wanting to focus on a dance we don't offer in regular classes, such as Country Two-step, Polka, or Samba.
