Snake River Scents,

Nov. 9, 1999 found me setting under a huge pine tree on the edge of a clearing in North Idaho. There was a light rain falling and the winds were swirling. It was mid afternoon and I decided to leave the stand to still hunt back to the truck. Immediately after leaving the stand a deer snorted from the timber behind me, the direction the wind was blowing. Having my scent covered by Earth Stick-O-Scent I was confident that the deer didn't know what had spooked it. I moved 10 yards into the timber and began a short series of deer grunts. At 50 yards this buck was coming fast. At 40 yards he was down and scored 159 3/8" Boone and Crocket. Thanks Stick-O-Scents for making such outstanding cover scents.
