Hogwasher
What a weird program name, but HogWasher is in beta testing right now but is very stable and has a lot of built-in features such as built in JPEG views, scheduled connections, filters delete or automatically download messages. The beta is set to expire February 28, 1998. When it expires they will either release another beta or the final product, to find out more information click here.
