NOTE : "Click(L)" and "Click(R)" refer to the Left and Right Mouse Buttons (respectively).

Step 1) Double Click(L) the 'My Computer' icon on your Windows desktop to load up a screen similar to that depicted in the first picture.

Step 2) Double Click(L) the 'Dial-Up Networking' icon to load a window similar to that shown in the second image.

Step 3) Double Click(L) the 'Make New Connection' icon to load the 'Make New Connection Wizard ' window.
