Step 16) Click(L) on the radio button at the top that says 'POP'.Step 17) Type in "mail.icehouse.net" for both the 'Incoming Server' and the 'Outgoing Server' boxes. Step 18) Click(L) the 'Next &' button. Step 19) Type your Icehouse username in the 'User Name' box. Step 20) Click(L) the 'Next &' button. Step 21) Type in "Icehouse" for the 'Account Name' box. Step 22) Click(L) the 'Next &' button. Step 23) Click(L) the 'Finish' button. Step 24) Click(L) the 'OK' button. That is it. You are all done. Happy emailing!
