NOTE : "Click(L)" and "Click(R)" refer to the Left and Right
Mouse Buttons (respectively).
Step 8) Click(L) in the 'Email Address' box and type in you email address that you have
with us. This would be your username with the addition of "@icehouse.net" on the end.Step 9) Click(L) on the 'Next' button. Step 10) By default the list box at the top should say "POP3". If it does not, select it. Step 11) Enter "mail.icehouse.net" for both the 'Incoming' and 'Outgoing' mail server boxes. Step 12) Click(L) on the 'Next' button.
