Step 2) Pause your cursor over the 'Control Panels' option, and Click on the 'Remote Access' submenu option. Step 3) Click on the radio option for the 'Registered User' option. Step 4) Type in your Icehouse username in the 'Name' area. Note : If you are a Boise, Seattle or Everett customer, you will type in your full email address (username@icehouse.net) instead of the prementioned username only. Step 5) Type in your Icehouse password in the 'Password' area. Step 6) If the check box for 'Save password' is not checked, click in the check box to select it. Step 7) In the 'Number' field, type in the phone number for your area listed below: Note : Do not use a dash. Do not enter the area code (unless specifically needed).
Step 8) Click on the 'Options' button near the bottom.
