Step 7) Click on the 'PPP' tab.Step 8) Click on the 'Service Provider' area and type in "Icehouse". Step 9) Click on the 'Telephone Number' area and type in the corrosponding phone number for your area below. Note : Do not use a dash.
Step 10) Click on the 'Account Name' area and type in your username that you signed up with. Remember, the username is case sensitive. Typically you should type in the username in all lower case, unless you have specifically ask for otherwise. Note : If you are a Boise, Seattle or Everett customer, you will type in your full email address (username@icehouse.net) instead of the prementioned username only. Step 11) Click on the 'Password' area and type in your password that you signed up with. Remember, the password is also case sensitive. Step 12) Click on the 'Save Password' check box to enable the computer to remember your password. This is obviously optional. Most users do choose for the computer to remember the password.
