NOTE : "Click(L)" and "Click(R)" refer to the Left and Right Mouse Buttons (respectively).

Step 9) Single Click(L) in the 'Telephone Number' area and type in the corrosponding phone number from the list below.

Note : Do not use a dash.

Step 10) Single Click(L) on the 'Use area code and dialing rules' option to uncheck the box. We do not want this option checked.

Step 11) Single Click(L) on the 'Next >' button.

Step 12) Single Click(L) in the 'User name' area and type in the username that you signed up with. This is case sensitive so more than likey typing the password in all lower case is recommended unless you have specifically requested otherwise.

Note : If you are a Boise, Seattle or Everett customer, you will type in your full email address (username@icehouse.net) instead of the prementioned username only.

Step 13) Single Click(L) on the 'Next >' button.

Step 14) Single Click(L) in the 'Name' area and replace any text there with "Icehouse".

Step 15) Single Click(L) on the 'Next >' button.
