Chairperson for Nominating Committee

Purpose
To oversee the nomination of officers and recruitment of board members.

Duties
 1.  Identify and recruit potential board members and offficers, 
     using job descriptions as a guide.
 2.  Introduce new board members and officers at Annual Meeting.
 3.  Attend all board meetings. 

Minimum Time Commitment
 1.  One-hour session to brainstorm possible choices
 2.  Two to four hours for recruitment
 3.  Two hours per committee meeting
